About JWT
A local crew that shows up when we said we would.
JWT Property Services is a Wisconsin company that does the outdoor work property owners don't have time for. We started with lawns. Then customers kept asking who could rake their leaves and clear their snow, so we added that too.
Today we look after homes, rental properties and commercial lots through all four seasons. Same trucks, same people, same number to call.
How we work
Three things we hold ourselves to.
We keep the schedule
Your mowing day stays your mowing day. If weather pushes us back, we tell you before you have to ask.
We price it up front
You know what the job costs before we start. No surprise charges on the invoice.
We leave it clean
Clippings off the drive, leaves hauled away, snow piled where it won't block your view of the street.
Built for Wisconsin
We work the weather you live in.
Short summers, heavy leaf drop and long winters. Our equipment and our schedule are set up for all of it.
Who we serve
Homes, rentals and businesses.
Homeowners
You'd rather spend Saturday with your family than behind a mower or a shovel.
Landlords
You need yards kept up and walks cleared at every property, without driving to each one.
Commercial owners
You need a lot that's open and safe by the time staff and customers pull in.
Let's meet at your property.
We'll walk the yard with you and put together a plan that fits your season and your budget.
